Comprehensive guidelines for preparing and submitting your manuscript

Manuscript Structure

Title Page

Include the manuscript title, author names, affiliations, email addresses, and a running title (max 60 characters). Indicate the corresponding author.

Abstract

Provide a concise abstract of 150-250 words summarizing the research objectives, methodology, key findings, and conclusions. Do not include references or citations.

Keywords

Provide 4-6 keywords that accurately represent the content of your manuscript for indexing purposes.

Introduction

Establish the context and significance of your research. Clearly state the research problem, objectives, and contributions. Review relevant literature and justify why your work is important.

Methodology

Describe your research methods, materials, and procedures in sufficient detail to allow other researchers to reproduce your work. Include information about data collection and analysis.

Results

Present your findings clearly using text, figures, and tables. Organize results logically and highlight the most important findings without interpretation.

Discussion

Interpret your results in the context of existing knowledge. Discuss implications, limitations, and suggestions for future research. Address how your findings contribute to the field.

Conclusion

Summarize the key findings and their significance. Avoid introducing new information or references in this section.

References

List all cited sources in IEEE or APA format. Ensure all references are complete and accurately formatted.

Formatting Guidelines

Font: Use Times New Roman or Arial, 12-point size

Spacing: Double-spaced throughout the manuscript

Margins: 1-inch (2.54 cm) on all sides

Page Numbers: Include page numbers on all pages

Figures: High-resolution (300 dpi minimum), properly labeled with captions

Tables: Clear and concise, with descriptive titles and footnotes where necessary

Equations: Use equation editor and number all equations
